Shipping has slowed down due to Covid19 as flights are being canceled and postal services have less personnel. We are doing our best to ship in a timely manner and we've switched to a more reliable, trackable shipping service, but we ask for your patience as shipping times are out of our control.

Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from Israel - that's where Loop Living is located. 

How long will it take to process my order?

For first priority and express we'll bump your order to the head of the line and ship in 1-3 business days. Otherwise it will takes us  5-10 business days to process your order. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! most of our orders come from outside of Israel, and we are proud to have designs of ours in homes all over the world.

Do You Offer Express shipping?

If you'd like your order to arrive faster, you can choose express shipping ($35) from the shipping options, and your order will arrive in 5-7 work days with DHL or UPS.

What About Customs and Duties?

If your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties vary from country to country, and we cannot estimate nor pay these fees. We attach the proper documentation to speed up the customs process.

Can I Track My Package?

Yes, all of our packages are trackable.

I've received my order, how do I mount it or assemble it?

I do my best to send out best quality work, but if for any reason you are not happy with what you ordered, contact me at hello@loopliving.co and we will work out a refund. 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately I can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@loopliving.co and send your item to: Loop Living Harehavim 7 Jerusalem Israel.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Loop Living Harehavim 7 Jerusalem Israel

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
