Making sure you are happy with the designs you purchase is the most important part of our work at Loop Living. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions so you can know what to expect when purchasing from us.
How long does it take you to get my order out the door?
Almost all of our original designs are handmade in our studio. That means some pieces will take more time to manufacture. We try our best to ship out orders in 3-5 days, but it can take us up to 10 business days when we get a lot of orders at once.
How long till my package arrives?
Once we ship you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order. For most places in the world will take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Shipments to Canada can often take up to 3 weeks, Australia and NZ can take up to a month.
Please note that estimated shipping time does not take include customs, domestic holidays, strikes - anything that is beyond our control.
Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from Israel - that's where Loop Living is located.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! most of our orders come from outside of Israel, and we are proud to have designs of ours in homes all over the world.
Do You Offer Express shipping?
If you'd like your order to arrive faster, you can choose express shipping from the shipping options, and your order will arrive in 5-7 work days with EMS shipping. We will also bump it to the front of the line and it will ship in 1-3 days.

What About Customs and Duties?
There are no custom charges for orders placed from the US. If you are ordering from Canada or the EU and your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties vary from country to country, and we cannot estimate nor pay these fees. We attach the proper documentation to speed up the customs process.
Can I Track My Package?
Yes, all of our packages are trackable.
I've received my order, how do I mount it or assemble it?

What if I don't like what I received?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days from when you received it and we will work out a refund or exchange. We will not cover the shipping cost back.
Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in sellable condition.
Help - there is something wrong with my purchase
I take great pride in my craft, but mistakes do happen. If there is a quality issue with your purchase let us know and we will issue a refund. We will also cover shipping costs back.

All transactions are protected by powerful SSL encryption software and PCI compliant transaction processors. We use Shopify as a platform for our site.
